Ted has conducted seminars and addressed Trade Groups in this country, Canada, and aboard on business transfer and valuation issues and has authored several books and numerous articles on subjects surrounding business transfers and valuations. Revenues of the companies have been from $100,000 to $50,000,000.

 

Carlos Atherton has been in industry for more than 22 years. He specializes in pre-arranging financing for business transfer, businessexpansion and business acquisition. He works extensively with the SBA, banks that specialize in obtaining financing for small business. Carlos works with our clients to make sure they have access to capital at the lowest possible price.

 

Dean Gregg has worked for more than 25 years in fast paced sales environments. He is a seasoned sales executive who joined Bizprofitpro to works with our clients with a focus on manufacturing. Marvin White holds a degree in Chemical Engineering with a minor in Economics. He has worked for Fortune 500 companies and has owned various businesses in manufacturing, distribution and real estate. He has provided consulting services and brokerage services to businesses in manufacturing and service related businesses. Marvin has done valuations on businesses ranging from manufacturing, HVAC, web sites and retail businesses.
